In the current climate, it may help to take advantage of tools such as The Black Dog Institute’s myCompass which has been developed to help you learn new ways to deal with thoughts, feelings and behaviours that cause you trouble. You’ll have a tool-kit of strategies to use when you need them.

myCompass has 14 interactive learning Activities. Each include up to three 10 – 15 minute sessions that you can complete in your own time. You’ll learn skills and strategies taught by doctors and psychologists to make positive changes in your life.
